Bi-Monthly Managers Minute

Are you a manager at a community-based organization working with direct service teams, especially lived experience workers serving as peer mentors for re-entry, relapse prevention, and justice-involved individuals and families? If so, we invite you to participate in a dedicated space for managers to come together, share ideas, discuss challenges and successes, and foster collaboration among organizations with similar missions.

Purpose

• Provide a supportive environment for managers to discuss the unique challenges and accomplishments of working with lived experience peer mentors. 
• Facilitate open dialogue about managing services related to re-entry, relapse prevention, and justice-involved individuals and families
• Encourage collaboration, resource-sharing, and innovative problem-solving among attending organizations.
