Healing Centered Coaching for Changemakers

I provide Healing-Centered Coaching for organizations navigating the complex intersection of human need, systemic pressure, and constant change. My work is rooted in the understanding that staff are not separate from their lived experiences, and that sustainable impact requires supporting the whole person, not just their role.

I support staff whose deeply valuable lived experiences allow them to connect with those they serve in profoundly meaningful ways, while also tending to their own healing and growth—so they can fully step into their power and skill set, even as they navigate the emotional and structural challenges of the work.

I partner with middle managers who are often carrying the invisible weight of organizations—balancing leadership expectations, funding demands, and shifting priorities while staying deeply accountable to their teams. I support them in leading with clarity and integrity, especially when they are holding space for staff whose lived experiences mirror the very challenges their organizations are working to address.

I also work with senior leaders who are navigating an unpredictable and evolving landscape—where funding streams shift, priorities change rapidly, and the path forward is rarely linear. Together, we build adaptive strategies and grounded frameworks that allow them to lead with both vision and flexibility, even as the map continues to change.

Across all levels, my coaching supports individuals and teams in transforming burnout, overwhelm, and systemic pressure into renewed purpose and agency. I help social service warriors move through what feels like immovable barriers - turning “brick wall” moments into opportunities for expansion, deeper alignment, and meaningful growth.
